Bridge Closed, Grand Forks, North Dakota
Bridges across the Red River were closed so that the panels could be added to the dike wall to prevent flood waters from entering the town of Grand Forks.
I snapped this through a car windshield which had melting snow on the glass, so you see blotches in the image.
