The Jefferson Memorial

Just a few seconds after the Washington Monument, the Jefferson Memorial appeared with the Capitol Building in the background.

On the way south, we flew down the Hudson River past New York City, I didn't take any pictures because it was hazy and there was glare on the windows. But I thought about the challenge of flying a plane into a building, one particular building. It creeped me out.
