Wheat field along Hessong Bridge Road on a foggy morning.
I like the graphic structure and color blocks in this one. The image is composed of three equal horizontal blocks of color from the grass, the wheat and the sky. The grass and wheat blocks are divided by the white fence and the wheat and the sky blocks are divided by the tree line. The fence posts divide the image vertically and help your eye move back through the image.
I learned that I needed the fence posts on the edge of the image to create boundaries. On the original, the image ends with fence rails hanging in the air. To make it feel right, I had to crop away quite a bit of the image to get back to a fence post at the edge. Next time, I'll be more careful about that when I compose the image.
